I worked on my white Jeep today. About 5 hours and my wife got all thye spiders cleaned out, I managed to get the soft top on (tons of work), and one of the doors are on. Now I need Joe to get back to me about his buddy that can straighten out the other side so I can get that door on. Then I'll be ready for some driving.
I used to wheel a lot. . .

what a tease.
I like how you say "you" worked on it, but say your wife did the cleaning. 😀 About how long it take to have her take that task up? hehe
Met up with Rick and his friend Scott. Have some pics and vids I'll post. They finished the stair step down. I ran about 60% of it before pulling out prior to larger rocks. Broke a rear light that's been broke for a few years. I like that kinda carnage. Barely anyone out there. A few hangups were fun to gawk about.

You should have called me. I would have come over to help you wrestle the soft top.

I went out too but I just missed you. I met Rick and Scott, fooled around and bought a season pass, now I can head out any time.

I'm glad you guys could make it out. Scott did alot better than I thought he would(First timers luck). Not one scratch on those new wheels just a small dent on the muffler. He's looking into a skid for that. A couple more adjustment to my ride and I'll be ready for a snow run.... 🙂
And as always those Dodge Trucks come out to play, everybody stops to watch and I mean everybody. Park Rangers, quads, bikes, jeeps, toys..... 😛

I can help you get the tub straight so you can get the door on. I'm usually free on Sunday. Maybe we can fix it then hit Leatherby's when Sue gets off work.

I didn't know they had season passes. Is it just for P.C. or any state park? How much does the pass cost?
I believe the pass is just for SVRA. They are $50

Um...what?

Some pics showing the finished staircase that had progressively decreasing sized rocks (b/t steps) as you went down. Corina patiently holding the tire caps while airing down. She had fun on all the routes we did. Only we she got cold did we have to toss in the towel.
Rick -- thanks so much for the spotting/guidance on the stair step. Running that 60% from bottom to top was just the ego boost I welcomed.
Ricks ride in running the 2nd most difficult rock climb. I have video of that to get together. The yellow jeep behind is Scott's.

What'd Jeff run over this time? No need for strap this time right?
