It's that time of year. This Sunday 5-17-09 is our spring Maintenance run. Hope you can join us.
(edited per our meeting last night) Meeting at the Fresh Pond Chevron station east of Pollock Pines on highway 50. Meet @ 8:30, leave by 9 am sharp.
Please bring what you can, gloves, loppers, shovels, pruning shears, chain saws, pry bars, and anything else you can think of to help with the maintenance.

I know this isn't up hwy 50, but i was in Mineral over the weekend, they got about 6 inches of rain in the last storm, and lost around 99 percent of there snow up to about 6,000'. We Took a ride and there isn't much snow until you get up higher in elevation.

There were snow patches just past my cabin this last weekend, but with the 80-90 temps, I'm betting we'll get past V-rock without any problems.
Lee and Pam are expected to make it as well.

Offline I've got a buddy from work riding shotgun for the trip. And Don said he plans to go.
Kevin asked about doing his BBQ. Is there any more news about doing it or not? If so we'll need to sign up for things, if not we'll need to plan our own lunches.
