I did not make the spring maintenance run but I keep hearing the trail has become much easier... Was hoping to maybe run it this Sunday but i just found out my Brother in Law and family will be here. He has a current generation F150 crew cab on 34's with a 2 inch lift but no armor, he is fairly experienced wheeling. Is strawberry in the type of shape that a large rig like that should be able to make it through with some spotting and low risk of damage?
Pics from the last 2 maintenance runs make me think there is a good chance we could get pretty far (not sure about pinch rock), but if there is absolutely no chance I don't want to waste their time 🙂

Take them in your Jeep, but not alone. In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend taking their rig on the trail. There are areas where the winter erosion has exposed rocks that now are larger & more has surfaced.
