So snow patrol and chili cook off on the 26th. And what's wrong with wienner schnitzel chili ?

That change works for me. And the only thing wrong with wienerschnitzel chili is using it as your chili in the cook-off. Technically wienerschnitzel chili is the only chili worthy of no beans.

Would it be possible for someone (Kris or Tim?) to start a new thread for the January 26th Snow Patrol with all the details such as meeting time and location and all the other usual information such a potluck and other needs such as tables, stoves, firewood, etc.? We have new members and meeting attendees who may not know when and where to meet on Sunday or what to bring.
