2. Vendor's please post the following:
     - Full business name
     - Type of business
     - Operating Hours
     - Contact Name (If Possible)
     - Contact Phone Number
     - Contact E-Mail / Internet Address (If Possible)

3. Visitors:
Please do not expect vendors to post below MSRP prices on the forum, this is generally a breach of the agreement between the vendor and manufacturer to post below set prices in open areas. If you have a question, feel free to post or notify the vendor through a PM.

4. Sales:
If you are promoting a company sale, please be sure to specify the dates of the sale, the hours the sale will be going on and any details about the event.

5. Site Advertisements:
At this time, there is no advertising directly on the site through advertisement links. This is pretty much a small community and is funded privately, therefore vendors are in no way required to make any donations to the club or forum.

6. Vendor Sponsorship:
If you are looking to provide a sponsorship, feel free to post up as I'm sure someone would be more than willing to take you up on it!

7. Club / Organization Discounts:
While this is in no way expected, please specify if you are offering any kind of special deals or discounts. Please specify who the discount applies to; Club members, forum members, Cal4Wheel, Friend of the Rubicon, etc... And please specify who should be contacted in order to take advantage of the discount.
