Guy and I were taking inventory of what we've modified on Silver since we drove her off the lot in Sept 2011 and thought it would be fun to share with the club.
Round one:
Like Greg we immediately upgraded to rubber floor mats, ours are WeatherTech. (I don't know what your's are Greg... 🙂 )
Immediately changed the factory tires to 32", Goodyear, Kevlar MTRs (that are now for sale).
New front bumper with front skid plate, and a 9KLB Warn wench.
Grab handles inside, as well as a velcro case for the fire extinguisher.
Duel Optima battery set-up.
SmittyBuilt dual rock sliders.
Round two:
Added a skit plate that covers the transfer case, transmission and oil pan.
Rubicon Express 3" lift kit with 34"+ Goodyear, Kevlar MTRs, with wheel spacers, and solid chrome, real lug nuts!
Electric Eaton front locker.
Viair continuous-run air pump.
Midland 75-822 40 Channel handheld CB w/ K40 external 35" antenna.
Synthetic winch rope.
Additional 2, bright, shiny, red 3/4" shackles and tow strap
2 Gold Hills Posse 4X4 stickers!
Round three, (next week):
Rear electric Eaton locker.
4.56 gearing
Round four (future, future, future):
Off-road rear bumper
??????????...
Saw Tanya and Jason at OTRT Saturday while getting more equipment on Silver, and it is always a pleasure to spend time with fellow members.

I, too, have the WeatherTech floor mats. I think that was my first upgrade.
