Sweet!! Who did your C gussets and tubes? I'm also curious what they charged you. I may be doing the same soon.

Dang. Can't believe it took me two months to get those parts installed.
Anyway, I with the help of Brad, got the skid plates, track bar, track bar bracket, and sector shaft brace installed. I also installed two Solid differential covers. I will be installing the Synergy tie rod this week. Things are getting close to done and I'm getting excited. I even started to get all my off road gear together again.

    Left to do:
    Install tie rod
    Fire Extinguisher
    CB radio and antenna
    Install rocker guards...
Then go beat on it and see how it all holds up.

Some day I'll add a winch to complete my build.

Sorry, I would have given them to you but I tossed them in Brad's recycle bin.

Probably next meeting, unless we set something up before then, if you don't mind holding on to them.

John, How did you paint your fenders again? I remember them looking really good and I don't want to pay for powder coat.

No. The Rustolium brand has a heavier texture if that's what you want. The Duplicolor is a finer texture.

I used the Rustolium bed liner on my steps and bumper. I really like the finish and have no regrets so far. It is a bit rougher texture than John's Duplicolor bed liner.

I did my bumpers and fenders in the rougher texture. I'd avoid it if you use microfiber sponges because they repeatedly snag on the texture. It's more difficult to scrub.
