Who wants to Party? (I mean work) I need to install my new lift kit on the White Jeep and I am soliciting the help of all those who want to participate. I am not in a huge rush but would like to do either this weekend 9/22/12 or the weekend after the camp out 10/6/12. Here is what we will be installing at that time.
Bolt on Coilover kit front and rear
Replacing factory axles with different factory axles (swaping unlocked 35 & 44 for locked 44 & 44)
Adjustable Control arms front and rear
Drag link flip kit in front and rear
There shouldn't be any welding or cutting (other than some plastic on the fender liner) as this is a bolt on kit. I have an air compressor and air tools to help make this install go more quickly. I am working with Jack Stands and doing this in the garage so that may slow us down a bit.
Lunch is on me for those who decide to attend and assist.
I plan on starting at 8am and trying to finish by 2p so I can still make Lauren's game. If I can get 90% done by 2p that would be awesome and I can finish it on Sunday. I may even try to get a head start going on Friday.
Let me know if you can make it this Saturday 9/22/12 or if not would the 10/6/12 date work better. If enough people can't make it I will reschedule to the 6th.
Thanks,
Huck

Yeah. Been training for months. Some of the reason I haven't been seen much at meetings.

Huge thanks to John and Josh who showed up and helped today. We made a ton of progress. For being a bolt on this kit is pretty involved and could really use some better instructions. We made a lot of progress but we still aren't done with the front yet. Haven't even started on the back.
It took about an hour to remove the D35 from the front of the Jeep, about 2-3 hours to cut out the plastic necessary to make the tower bracket fit and get the driver coil hanging. It took about another 2-3 hours to do the passenger side and new lower control arms. Then it took about 2 hours to mount the replacment D44 axle under the Jeep and install the Drag link flipkit and install the new longer brake lines.
I need to finish the trackbar and the steering stabilizer and put the tires back on put some oil in the diff and take a drive. If all works out then I will get a drive shaft for it on Monday. Probably do the rear in a week or two. (next week is the camp out) I don't think the rear will take as long but it will take a good half day or better so its not happening this weekend.
Again big thanks to Josh and John!!! You guys were awesome!

Today was not as productive as I had hoped but I the Jeep is sitting on all four and drivable tonight. I finished mounting the coil reservoirs, upgraded the sway bar bolts, installed the final parts of the drag link flip kit and put the wheels back on to look at the lift height. It looks good. I serviced the diff today so its got fresh fluids. I only have one or two items left to call the front end done. I need to replace an ABS cable I broke removing it from the D35, and I need the Rubicon Axle housing plug for the top of the diff. The axles were used and the front was missing the plug, the rear has the plug but the plastic is broken so I'll pick up two new ones and just start fresh. Hopefully after a trip to the stealership tomorrow for the new cable and plug ends all will be good to go and I can get ready to do the rear.
Some updated pics.

Axle after diff service and fresh coat of paint
Driver Coil with Reservoir mounted
Front end at ride height, higher than before probably 4-5" of lift, time for 37s
