My BBQ is the same size as a Weber (except more square than round). As for a headcount, looks to me like somewhere between 17-25 people.

Hi all! We now have TWO new members who will be BBQ'ing Saturday, which turns this into a full blown potluck!

Please bring appetizers, desserts, side dishes & drinks. Also paper plates and cups???

It might be a good idea to post what you're planning on bringing.

I'm confirming to be one of the 2. 😀

The main will already be cooked or to be cooked onsite.

I'll have a 4 foot table to bring. May be good to have another? I can carry it too if you've got space issues. Let me know.

Edit: I can't visualize sometimes. 4 ft table

Not sure what Greg is bringing. Carl is bringing some great stuff! If you're looking for ideas for what to bring; here's a couple of things Carl suggested that would go with his BBQ: 6-8 count pack of Rolls, and a cheese platter similar to what Josh brought on the Fall Maintenance run.

What is still needed for those of us who missed the board yesterday? Is that cheese platter still in need? I'm sure safeway has something.

It would be good if there was a list of what everyone is bringing and what is needed.

I've taken George's list from the OP to show who is bringing what so far. At end is what are up for grabs to help with my main. So I guess anything else is open for sides and such.

Hope that helps. Anyone with moderator is welcome to edit this post for updates or quote and update going forward. Thanks!
