Nope, no 40. And I'm guilty as charged. Many of them I've had for years collecting dust on the shelf but I've added a few in the last couple years. It's kind of a renewed interest.

It's a Ready Welder II, model 10000. I wasn't aware of a difference between hot-start and cold-start until you asked. From what I found Googling, the cold-start models have "cs" at the end of the model number. Based on this, I would say it's a hot-start model.
I'll send a pm regarding ammo quantities.
