The winner of the California Four Wheel Drive Association's 2017 Jeep raffle is not a wheeler and is not even a Jeep guy! He is selling the Jeep on eBay and donating 1/3 of the winning bid price back to the California Four Wheel Drive Association. Here is the story and the ebay auction link:
