OK, incrementalism has gotten out of hand and I need to do something about it. Here's my dilemma ...

RE1462 rear leaf springs: 4-1/2" lift (closer to 5-1/2"). 5 leaf pack.
Extended shackles for flex: 1-1/2" lift
shackle/leaf adjustment: 1-1/2" lift

Total: ~8" of lift overall which is way more than my XJ needs. Front has spacers to make up the difference over the original 4-1/2" spring lift.

➡ Question for the "experienced" leaf spring people out there: 1 - Sell leaf springs "as is" and buy desired height to work with shackles and adjuster. 2 - Remove leaves to achieve desired height. :dunno:

If #2, which leaf to start with. Realizing each spring is also 1/4" in height.

Thanks!!

Would these help Ronnie?

I can't help much with your leaf spring question other than it sounds like you'd need to remove most of the leaves to go down 4 inches. I suspect spring replacement may be the best option.

You are right I also had a good time with this amazing brand and I bought their many items at low prices by using their Urban Outfitters Discount Codes. They provided the latest deals for their consumer So, check it out before it goes.
