the E-Maxx with dual 5000 NI-MH lasted about 15 minutes of casual driving. Full throttle speed runs last maybe 10 minutes.
I just got 2 4400 LiPo's but I need to get an alarm or cutoff for them as the ESC in not LiPo ready. I am hoping for 20-25 from them. I had to get a wheelie bar for the E-Maxx as well. It kept flipping without it. It has a dual speed tranny, and can do 45MPH easy.

I have heard of people gearing the E-Maxx wayyyyyyyyyyyy down and trying to make a crawler out of them. Seen mixed results. It has independant suspension front and rear, it is very top heavy as the 2 motors are up top, and it is very wide with those big tires. When I came to the point of wanting a crawler, and was faced with converting the E-Maxx or buy something different. I opted for the later, as I still love to set the E-maxx loose out in a big field and slide it around. Its alot of fun getting hitting the jumps just right with such a huge rig.
