Um...there were "other" people that you didn't see on the trail this weekend. 🙄 The trail is cut to Rubicon Springs.
I would have to say that my observations (from the Loon Lake side) were based on Saturday only info. Assuming someone brought a larger saw, they could have got just as you stated on Saturday PM/Sunday. Most of the trail is in the sun after Ellis creek so I could see them making quite a bit of progress.

That sounds kind of elitist...I can't wait to get my JK and become a snob too
I won't let the rest of you post any pictures of anything but JKs :hack:
Hmmm...The fish don't seem to be biting today
...
I fondly remember when this forum was fun 👿
I used to wheel a lot. . .

I figured our club would have had a larger turnout since the weekend was already "held" for the Rubicon run.
I really wanted to go but my days planned for the Roundup were Sunday and Monday. I couldn't go wheeling on Saturday. 🙁
I was supposed to be Sat/Sun, so this worked for me. Sorry you couldn't make it.

No. The Tahoe side probably won't be open for a while longer. You should be able to make it to Rubicon Springs though. I'm going in on July 2nd. Maybe we could meet up out there somewhere.

I didn't realize you were allowed to post if you didn't own a JK. I just can't stoop to that level so I figured I'd just sit here quietly.
No, it's fine for people to post who don't own a JK. It's those people who don't own a legitamate 4x4 that aren't allowed to post! Good thing you own a Manrano.

Teddi and I were on vacation in South Carolina
Was it fun?
We had a good time. We were based in Charleston and made day trips to Myrtle Beach and Savannah, Ga. We took trolley and coach tours of Savannah and Charleston, toured a couple homes in the two cities, took a tour of an old plantation, and spent some time on the beach. The beaches are nice and sandy and the water is warm.
Teddi says she was born on the wrong side of he country.
