I was thinking the same thing. How long do we wait before we go looking?

I'd start calling before I went looking. Some guys don't think about checking in when they get back.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

It was a fun run! The most snow was at the trail head and it wasn't much.

We had..

Kevin & Julie - YJ
Mark - FJ
Josh - JK
Greg & Jeff - LJ

The sun was shining and most were wearing t-shirts not too long after starting down the trail. There were a couple of trees on the trail that needed to be moved (rolled) out of the way. We all made it to the first hard section with ease. I crawled down and we were able to spot everyone else through. Josh got his first scratches on his new bumper and sliders (Welcome to rock crawling! 😀 ). We made it to the creek crossing and had lunch by the waterfall. At that point we decided to turn around to make sure everyone could get back up the hard section before it got too late. But before heading back I crossed the creek for fun, then Josh wanted to give it a try and followed me across a second time. We made it back to the hard section, I crawled up and then spotted Josh up. We got him all the way to the top section and then pulled out the winch line to get him over the top section. All on 33s and open diffs, great job! We then spotted Mark up the trail and he did a great job getting the FJ up and through. Greg was next and made it up to the top section on 38s and an open front diff. I took a great picture of him with his front tire sky high. After that we got him up and over and we all made it the rest of the way out without any major incidents. The only damage to report were some scratches on Josh's new bumper and sliders, and Mark got into a fight with a large branch and got a scratch on the side of the FJ. On the way out Greg & Jeff went the Foresthill direction and on the way back to Georgetown my internal GPS made a wrong turn and we ended up going through the canyon. Sorry about that but WOW, those were some great views! We ended up coming out through Foresthill.

Did I miss anything?

I'll post pics soon.

HAHA!! The Foresthill way had too much snow. Jeff and I tried to make it but had to do some shoveling. We ended up turning around and heading back through Georgetown. But we made the wrong turn as well and ended up going through the canyon out at Foresthill. That was a long drive. rasta

Um...what?

That DID look like a good time. Looks like I need to get a couple of more mods done before I take on that run however. Inspiring none the less and thanks for sharing the experience AND pics!
