After the success of our past El Tapatio test run, we have determined that we can do another!
4 guys were tasked with setting up a reservation for 9/3, at 6PM.

This group event involves testing out one of the potential meeting location alternatives.
We expect about 14 in our group. Please post up to help out with a count for the reservation.

We spoke with Mark and Monica's today and unfortunately the large party room is not available the 2nd Thursday of the month they already have the post office that host their meetings there. They do have availability either the 3rd Thursday of the month or the 2nd Wednesday of the month if we wanted to think about changing the day of our meetings. As for 9/3 both party rooms are booked but she said we can still come and look. There is a window looking into their big party room.

Yes, thanks for gathering that information. Options are great. If we could secure a large room I'd be open to changing meeting dates. Im looking forward to checking this place out with you all.

Great place great food great room bad parking. I think this is a great option for our monthly meetings if the club can consider changing meeting dates.

Thank you to everyone who made this pre-run.
The feeling is universal that we will be moving the meeting location in January.
Please plan to discuss this at our next couple of meetings as we prepare for the location, and likely meeting day change.
It was a great trip too! So maybe we can plan some general pre run meetings in the future too.
