Come join your Posse family for another virtual meeting! Video is highly encouraged but not mandatory, you can call in without a camera and still participate. You can call in using a PC, Mac or mobile device. Advantages of a PC or Mac is that you will not have to install an application, if on mobile you will want to install the Zoom app on your device.
If you have never used Zoom you will need to create an account, but it’s free. Details to join the Zoom meeting are below. Zoom does a very good job providing tutorials on how to get started and connected so I recommend taking a look at them. You can also test your audio and video prior to joining the meeting so that would be good to do as well. Let me know if you have any questions! -Jamie.

Offline One deliverable from the meeting was a Cal4Wheel club tile. I am being requested to provide a black/white version of our logo. Is anyone up to the task of converting ours?

No rush at all Jamie. The PM icon is so small and unobvious, I have had several PM's that I didn't notice until weeks or months later so I just wanted to be sure you saw it.

Black and white only or are grays allowed?
I took a stab a creating a black and white only version with no gray and it isn't quite perfect around the lettering but pretty close.

- Vote passed to donate $250 to Cal4Wheel
- Officer Updates
- Web Master (Jamie) - Nothing New
- Treasurer (Kathleen)
- Jamie submitted reimbursement for web hosting and domain fees
- 10 people paid dues at the toy run
- VP (Linda) - She has her club interest cards
- When dues get paid Linda will use that as an opportunity to distribute club interest cards as well
- Trail Master (Tim)
- Been working with Kyle on MET snow patrols
- They want us to hold off on doing snow patrols on MET, all clubs being asked to not go up there for sponsored snow patrols
- Not clear on if they will allow future snow patrols
- Tim will replace current one with a run just to get out
- Kyle is good with us opening the spurs on strawberry, they are working on the requirements to open them
- Chainsaw classes - Will be no new chainsaw classes, all current certificates are given a 2 year extension. No new classes will be schedule for now.
- Been working with Kyle on MET snow patrols
- Officer elections
- Officers stay as is, no nominations
- Passing of Dale's Son
- Do we want to donate?
- Maybe a $250?

- Tim's run was fun but lots of challenges

- Kris - Wants to do a Mojave road trip
- Has heard it might go to lottery system due to COVID through
- Alternate might be Panamint and Death Valley run
- Or maybe a Pony Express through Nevada and back
- Maybe a Rubicon
- Maybe an Oregon dune bashing day
- 2 snow patrols coming up on the calendar
- Will see if we get snow and what Kyle says
- Maybe substitute one for pine nut mountains also
- Discussed Dusy Ershim and the Deer Valley, Slick Rock, Strawberry multi day run
- All depends on where we are at with the pandemic
- Tim - Possibly Moab first week of April
- Ultra 4 race will be there as well, could go watch
- Would like to do Hell Hole early also, should open early if low rain remains
- Maybe overnighter on strawberry

Offline I unfortunately missed last month’s meeting due to work, and I’ll have to miss this month as well. I was invited to go to Death Valley and we are leaving early Wednesday and returning on Sunday. My son’s 4th grade teacher isn’t excited about him missing class, but I think it is more important to get out and have a change of scenery. I’m sorry to miss the Zoom meeting again.
