I’m trying to get a somewhat accurate headcount for the barbecue. So far I have a count of 19 as follows. Please let me know if my headcount for your rig is off or if I have missed anyone:

Thanks, it would be great to work together on this. First I need to make sure that I qualify to do a BBQ at this event. The by-laws state "Official Member status is obtained by hosting a BBQ and paying their dues obligation, after reaching PM status". Technically I would not achieve Pending Member status until after my third run/event and this BBQ would be during my third run/event with the club. If I get confirmation that I'm eligible to do my BBQ on this run then we can firm things up at that point. I was thinking that either BBQed tri-tip sandwiches or BBQed bratwurst sandwiches (or a combo?) would be good to serve for lunch. The weather forecast looks good for next weekend at this point, so it should be a nice time for BBQ.
I believe that someone with a truck brought up a BBQ for Mike. I'm sure we can get some assistance with that.
I actually brought the bbq myself I just used the good old dodge boys to haul it out for me cause I didn't want a hot bbq in my jeep.
My bbq is still with Brent and Dale if you guys need it your more than welcome to use it. Just let Dale know and he can bring it up, I'm sure he won't mind.

All,
We are ready for a great day on the Strawberry Maintenance run. Be prepared to dine on the best Bratwurst ever served on the Strawberry Trail!!!! (and that folks is no lie) We have lunch planed for approximately 20+ people with extras to spare...
The Jeff and Jeff BBQ is all set to go!
I want to thank the folks below in advance for volunteering to bring some food etc. for the BBQ!

Great turnout today. The group that went out 50 side stopped to trim more bushes so it took us till 4 to get down to the trailhead. Great turnout and we got some signage at the upper gate now. Darrel keeps an impact driver and self tapping screws in his Jeep which came in handy.
