As this was my first run with the club, I had a GREAT time and it felt good to do some rock moving!!!
I looked at several clubs before choosing to try Gold Hills Posse. After this weekend I'd say I made a good choice. Working with more than a dozen people without a single argument/debate on what should be done... FANTASTIC!!!
You're a great bunch of Crawlers. Hard working, extremely helpful, and generally fun to be with. I want to be associated with you.
3 meetings and one event done... see you at Apple Hill and the Toy run!!!

sorry I missed this run. I wasn't there obviously but what you experienced wasn't a fluke. This is an amazing group of people. Hopefully I can meet you at the Apple Hill run

Sorry I had to miss it 🙁 I was literally pulling into the Caples lake Cal Trans station when my alternator went out on me. Decided to abort and head home... by the time I got home my battery was at 11.2v and wouldn't start the rig any more.
Also found that one of my front springs are flattened out, tie rod is smiling, and my rear driver wheel bearing is squeakin... I guess the 20+ trips I have done this year are starting to take their toll
I will be out for a while... gonna redo all my springs, double my alternator output, redo rear driver wheel bearing and axle seal, and leave the smiling tie rod because it adds character 🙂

Great pasta salad! I'd like the recipe if you wouldn't mind!
Here it is. Sorry for the delay.
Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 package tri-color Rotini pasta (12 oz.)
½ cup each Italian and Ranch dressing (or to taste)
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup frozen peas
¼ cup sliced olives
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup thin sliced carrots
¼ cup chopped bell pepper
Directions:
Boil and then cool pasta. Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl, add dressing and mix together with a large spoon. Kathy said that you can adjust the ingredients to your liking (more or less of any of the above or add something else). The pasta salad is better if it sits mixed in the refrigerator for a little while but it can be served immediately.

Many thanks! I'll try it next week.
Hope to see you all tomorrow!
