I might be able to make this run, but I would be minus my winch which is my air supply for airing back up. If i can come, can i borrow someone's compressor? Or a couple of compressors? haha
Also, what time do you think we would be off the trail? Do you think we would be back in town by 5p? I have plans at 6p I can't miss.

I can air you up.
So far as timing,
If we depart at 9AM, it's 60 miles to the trailhead, so 10AM at the trail airing down. I figure it's an hour down and two hours back up with little effort + stopping for lunch. Say out at 2-3 pm, putting us in Georgetown by 3-4 PM and you home by 5ish? The trail is pretty easy but pace will depend on who's going. Josh made it last year without a locker and he has one this year. Greg, you and myself have two lockers. I don't think anyone's going who's open.

Huck, you already committed to going earlier in the thread, so you have to go. Also, Jeff will be riding with me so I'll talk him into bringing his pump. That way my rig will have two pumps and a winch incase you get crazy.
Um...what?

Been a while since you've been there? I know your Jeep is fast but there is absolutely no way you're going to average 60 mph on that road. As I remember it's at least 1.5 hours, closer to 2.

I figured we could average 85 on Wentworth and then 40 once we're off the main road. It's about 50/50 in distance breakdown so that would put us there in just under an hour! Remember that Jason has a hemi in his jeep and I have a 30K strap in the back of mine. With his new auxilary tranny cooler he shouldn't have any problem stapping me up there since I won't be able to get over 60 mph uphill.
I guess I need to book an extra hour each way.

Are you going to tempt Mr. Murphy?
I don't want to temp Mr. Murphy or any of his laws, just trying to squeeze every minute out of my Saturday.
