I know that Joe is swamped and Jeff is upgrading his rig. Would anyone be interested in a day run that goes in loon and out wentworth. This is a reasonable day run for even mildly built rigs. However this wouldn't be the previously proposed camping style trip
Is there any interest? With interest I could look for a date or two that would work.

I was camping at Loon Lake last year, and wanted to take some of the guys onto the Rubi so they could say they've been on it. Our intention was to only go a couple hundred yards, then turn around and come back. BUT it was so busy there was no way I could turn around (bumper to bumper, solid flow of rigs).
I ended up running from Loon Lake to Wentworth fully aired up with my front sway bar attached, in my little Jeep. Fun run, I had to Jack and Stack once. I'm in!

WOW! Wasn't thinking so quickly. Let me check with my navigator when she gets off work. I'm ready and the XJ should be ready.

Is this meet up at Loon Lake, travel north to the Staging Area north then west through Wentworth Spring CG, via Wentworth Springs Road then out through Georgetown?
Just trying to get my bearings.

You will be able to either meet at Georgetown or at the loon lake spillway. The run will enter the Rubicon at loon and the cut out to Wentworth before ellis creek. This run is a loop, and we won't be back to loon lake.
