I ran this loop the other way (Wentworth to Loon) last year in my XJ with 33" tires, 4.5" lift, and lockers. Never aired down. It was mostly uphill but we got through easy enough. Going the way Brad suggests should be fine without a locker if you got enough clearance, sliders, etc.

Got the rocker guard installed yesterday (with some help). It'll need to be removed after this weekend to be painted and installation tweaked but, overall, is looking tough.
