Ronie's not cooking this time around. Dave is doing his Member cookout instead.
If you want to taste Ronie's cooking, be at the Chili Cookoff!!

While having the front gearset changed out, I also wanted full coverage axle tube seals installed to replace those little disks that slide over the axle shafts.
When I got home, I discovered that not only were there no tube seals but the disks were gone as well. That leaves a LOT of space between the axles and the tube for snow, mud, etc.
As of this morning, still no answer as to what will get done or when. Not real happy with 4 Wheel Parts right now to say the least.

So I figure, if I'm gonna vent at someone's expense I'll also offer up kudos when they step up.
Marc is all over my situation and, as I said last night, will have me rolling this afternoon. There won't be time to do some of the interior installation, but the XJ will be running!
See you Saturday!!

This is my final, final, FINAL entry in this thread ... Latest news is a CV joint issue which will require replacement or rebuilding. Ronie and I are out.
Good news is we'll have the XJ back early next week and THEN all is good to go.
