I fully agree! It was a fun group!
Bill and Cammie (sp?) + Mark made member today. I think Joe and Sue are next in line. We had at least 5 new participants on this run as well. We'll need to add it up, but I agree that we were close to 30. It snowed all day, but we had no problems - with 2 EZ ups, plenty of tarps and bungees AND Mr Heater!
Thanks for fhe food to Bill and Mark. We counted about 25 vehicles today. We had a snowshoer pass us as well, along with an ATV on KAT tracks.

Perfection takes time, and I think we are almost there. 🙂
Was a great time, and huge turn out. Keane your numbers on the amount of people are just about dead on. And we had 18 rigs counting the late arival of the white FJ. And the tally sheet for counting cars was just over 40, thats with the dozen or so we added on the sheet on the drive out.
I hope we have enough snow in March.

Cammie (correct spelling), Zachary and I had a great time. Thanks for letting us be a part of the club. We look foreward to many exciting times ahead. The turnout was great. I have educated my co-worker in the proper trail etiquette. For example, don't drive arround someone who is stuck in the snow and leave without stopping. He's Sweedish and doesn't understand. Thanks again.

I was surprised how easily Lee recovered that Excursion. I guess the snow was forgiving that day. Thanks for all the food, coffee and other supplies!

I'm surprised the Expedition got stuck at all, I mean Keane made it in his OLD ford PIckup for goodness sakes.

If it was the green Excursion in the pics, it's got manual hubs. They probably weren't locked. These days with AWD and push button 4WD systems, newby's buy them and just push the button on the dash board thinking everything is engaged.
My Excursion could get out in Pollock Pines when 99% of the other vehicles were stuck in their own driveways.
