Any interest in a dinner meetup at Dad's Kitchen in Fair Oaks tomorrow night? Jerry suggested it as a meeting option, and Why Not try our food from some place most of us haven't been!

Have fun y'all. Working around some temporary dietary restrictions, so can't make it tonight. Will be curious to hear what the group thinks of it as an option for Club Meetings or Holiday Party. The kind-of indoor, but outdoor aspect of that big room is a little strange.

Thank you for those who attended. The food was good but individual table ordering rather than food optional like the other places.
44 total seats on the covered patio was just less than Round Table, but it had an open middle section to give walking room.
Prices were at or just above Round table.
Patio has heaters and fans but it was hot yesterday there. They close at 830.
Based on these observations, the group elected to stick with the two existing options on the table.
I/we can discuss more over on that thread, and ultimately vote on direction.
Thank you for all of you who helped run this to ground.
Next week we are road tripping to evaluate a potential holiday party location.

Yes Mike, we did have some Christmas parties at member's homes, but the club has more members now and it is a little too much to expect someone to host a group of this size in my opinion. I think it is best we find a commercial establishment for the party.
