I am leading a snow camping trip up MET the night before the snow patrol on Friday FEB 24th.  Weather is unclear at this point but should be a bunch of fresh snow, possible snow overnight.  

Details will be added as we get closer but current plan is to meet at the Holiday Market at the corner of Mt Akum Rd and Pleasant Valley Rd around 2pm and leave towards MET before 3pm.  We will be on posse frequency 151.760 and will meet the snow patrol peeps on MET.  

Requirements:

-Ability to air down (no 33s on 20s or stock diesel trucks)

-Recovery Points

-Your own recovery rope/strap and appropriate shackles

-Proper Clothing

-Proper Camping equipment

-Shovel

One of the vehicles planning on coming is a near stock FJ cruiser so big tires are not a requirement for snow camping but they help.
