Kevin, are you bringing any bbq tools you might need?

I can bring bbq tools.

Is there a meat preference?

Maybe we can discuss at tomorrow's meeting.

Kobe Beef!

But I'd settle for hot dogs or hamburgers.

Chuck's planning to make it, assuming he gets his supervisor's approval.

I may be a bit out of turn here...but I don't think it actually has to be a BBQ either. You just have to cook for us. I think we've had enchiladas before. If you've got a specialty, we're probably willing to give it a go!

Trail enchiladas sound a little difficult. On the other hand, he could hand us all a manifold burrito in the morning. lol

Hot dogs and/or hamburgers sound easy. My bbq is pretty small. A lot more hotdogs would fit on it than hamburgers. Does anyone else have a grill they could bring too?

This is basically what I have.

Does anyone have a 2009 fire permit? I'll try to get over to the BLM office to get one, but it's a new season and we all should try to get one. They're free!

I have one.

I also have about the same BBQ in your picture that I'll bring. I'm not sure if I have propane though so it wouldn't hurt if someone could throw in an extra can.

I have the colman propane canisters as well. Is that what you need?

The meeting location for Sunday has changed!

We're meeting at the Fresh pond Chevron station, east of Pollock Pines.

This is where hwy 50 goes back to two lanes after reducing to one after the Sly Park turn off.

Fresh Pond is the gas station up 50 past Pollock Pines. It's by the ranger station. Where it goes from 2 lanes to 4.

For the hot dogs and/or hamburgers, I think we still need condiments.
If Bob brings chili we'll need bowls.

I'll bring knives, forks & spoons along with the plates I already plan to bring.

Do we still need condiments? Mayo, mustard, catsup, cheese?????
Please someone let me know.
If not, I'll bring dessert.
