Great day! I was the last person off the freeway so everyone should be home now. Long canyon was really fun, wish it was a bit clearer for the view. Very little traffic on both trails, not bummer was we did not see Greg.
We also decided while airing up to start planning a Strawberry night run the weekend after the time changes!

Sorry Jamie, we made really great time on Strawberry so we ended up going over to Lost Lakes and then down to Deer Valley to play for a little.

I intend to explore the area on 10/2. We will see what's up there. I may run MET and across packsaddlepass to the Strawberry trail, or run up Sand Flat via Hells Delight, or Kyburz and Long Canyon.
