So it looks like we will be having a little snow run on Sunday, there are at least a few of us wanting to go. It's between Strawberry and the place that Rob mentioned, can't remember the name. Rob has assured me that it is a great place for a snow run because the road is wide and there are lots of places to pull over and play in the snow. This place is near Nyak on Hwy 80. So post up who wants to go and where you would prefer to drive. Let's make it a family event; bring the kids, the wife, the girlfriend, whatever.

I used to wheel a lot. . .

In for Rob's suggestion. It's closer and sounds pretty cool.

Sounds like I'd better start begging for a kitchen pass if there's an 80 side posse forming!

And its high visibility yellow so if there's a blizzard you'll be able to see & follow John, kind of like Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. 😛

Let's meet at the Auburn Starbucks (not the Forest Hill exit) at 8:30. Can't remember the name of the street?

Jeep's packed. Just have to get gas and figure out how to get Dayna in and out of the Jeep with her foot in a cast/boot.

We are back. The snow was way too deep and way too soft to drive in. You'd just sink right into it. So, we didn't get too far. We even tried Eagle Lakes, but it was the same way. Still had fun talking and playing in the snow and the usual tossing of snowballs. Oh ya, and there was only one person that didn't get stuck and need a strap mr-green

I'm surprised to hear it was super soft. It's been pretty cold lately. I figured it would be set up pretty nicely.
