Just wanted to say we had a good time but it was wayyy more work than fun for us. Thanks to Larry for finding us a good spot to camp. I'll write more later.

I think that's how camping with kids is!
We had a camp out on the deck with my brother, his gf, my cousin, and his kids (4yr old twins). That was still a bunch of work and now it's hot!!!

Thats why we bought a travel trailer about 6 years ago. Soooooo much easier.

Try tent camping with an almost two year old and then going rock climbing. That was my weekend. Did you say RV???

O and the trout we saw were awesome. I think Joe was ready to jump right in. He almost couldn't contain himself.

Joe & I had a great time - wish we could have done the Friday runs though!
Nice campground - running water - flushing toilets!
Joe was worried about some stranded fish all weekend - he even FED THEM!
Alex & Heidi might have had their hands full - but the kids sure had a great time!!!
Ran Slick Rock on Saturday - Took a few pictures which I posted in the album section.
Thanks again Larry & Cole for a great trip!

Question one: some kid I picked up along the way. 😯
Question two: We started up this last rock garden section and all of a sudden there was about 20 people standing on the rocks above us. We eneded following them back too the creek, it was very slow going. there was more drinking going on then driving. 🙁

Had a great time this weekend.
AJ showed up at Starbucks just as we were getting ready to leave, glad he did, was really looking forward to running Deer Valley, which was beautiful as always. Only had one miss hap all weekend, AJ cut a tire on DV. All three camp grounds were packed, be we were fortunate to get the last space, and it fit all of us, even Alex's condo. Ran slick rock the next day, took are time, had a great day. Left early Sunday, was hot coming home, but not scorching, I think we just beat the heat.
