Jamie, though most of us know, but for those who are unfamiliar with & abilities of taking this run, you may want to briefly describe its conditions, to help those decide to go or no go. We are on the fence for this run & will confirm soon either way. Cannot make the 7th. Thanks.

Here is my plan, I want to start a bit earlier since it is a Sunday, let me know if this poses any problems.
Meeting place will be Worton's market in Georgetown, departing at 8:00 AM for the trail head so please come early if you are shopping and fueling up.
We will stop at Ellis for lunch, then back out Loon hopefully airing up by 3:00 PM.

Good call on what to expect Guy!
This is a Rubicon loop, so a difficult level trail. I plan on doing Postpile on the way in, but there is a bypass. I would recommend at least oil pan & transmission armor and at least 1 locker to attend. Winch is a nice to have.

Sorry Mike, we won't see Soup Bowl on this run, it is much further down the trail than Ellis Creek bridge.

I'm all packed and ready to go see you all in Georgetown. It hasn't been said but I packed my lunch and then thought wait was this a group lunch thing but it doesn't say anywhere in the thread so hopefully I'm ok with only packing for me...

I keep forgetting to post when we are off! We were off the trail about 12:30, aired up and back home with time to unpack!
Very little traffic and only one hang up (me) on post pile. Other than that it was smooth sailing and a beautiful day!

I'm so bummed I missed this trip didn't get home till 0330 Sunday morning and was just way to tired to get up when my alarm went off at 0630...
Hopefully there will be another Sunday trip very soon, is anyone up for a Fordyce run this coming Sunday?
