Hello all. I have made it to 5 meetings. Holidays was crazy so I missed the toy run. I plan on making the snow patrol run. My wife and I both have scouts. Mine is a 73 with a 500 Cadillac.  Hers is a 79 Scout Traveller the is ever evolving. Thank you guys for letting us in to check it out. See you all on Thursday at meeting.

Caddy 500 with an EFI swap would be my dream engine in a snow rig. Lighter than a BBC even with stock iron heads and ~400ftlbs of torque available starting under 2000 rpm. Rock back and forth plowing snow all day barely off idle and 6,000rpm to play with when you want to drive like Jeff B.
