Hi,
My wife Sunny and I started attending the monthly meetings and I just completed my first and second treks on the Strawberry maintenance run. Both runs happened the same day since I came back over the trail after the work was complete. I must say it was a great day, great people and a great time! The trail has a few technical areas and is easier (now) to roll on since the downed trees and shrubs are now gone.
I was able to grab some great picts.
Also, after our first meeting I met Jason, the owner of the High Sierra 4×4 forum and High Sierra 4×4 store ( http://highsierra4x4.com/store/ ). I’ve never gotten so much great advice and service in one place. My JKUR front end has been displaying some death wobble and Jason not only hooked me up with the parts I needed, at a discount, he also installed them! Crazy awesome!
This club is family friendly and very welcoming. If you’re in the Sacramento area and haven’t been to a meeting…why not?
