Hi,
My name is Rob and I work for the US Army in Germany. I was a helicopter pilot for 20 years and now I work as a civilian for the Army and help train soldiers.
Since living overseas I do not have the opportunity to 4-wheel and it's killing me. I joined here just to live through you guys vicariously. I love to look at pictures and keep up with what's happening back home in California. I may not contribute much to the forum, but I will definitely read a lot.
Thanks!
Rob

Where in California are you originally from?
Fresno originally. All of my immediate family moved to other States over the years. Still have a lot of friends and some distant relatives around Roseville.

Man, I wish I could help with that one. Unfortunately, I don't have the time nore the patience to deal with the German laws concerning 4-wheel enjoyment. They are pretty stupid when it comes to that. Most of what I've seen is tracks that you have to pay to enjoy... "I ain't in Kansas any more" that's for sure. I don't even have my jeep here. It's in storage some place in New Jersey of all places. Yuck!
Thanks to all for the welcome. Like I said, I probably won't be any value to the forum, but I'll definitely stop in to read about your fun in the sun activities.
