I want my 4runner back. Coming home from the weekend was bitter sweet today. Apparently someone took off with my 4runner and didn't even leave a thank you note. This sucks butt. 🙁 ugh... I know I didn't wheel that much last year but I don't think I deserved this.....

Still waiting for them to show. Called the non emergency last night and..... The lady showed up as I was typing this. Just finished but while I was talking with her, aaa called me and left a message saying they would not cover the theft. WTF? I tried calling back but got answering machine. Ugh. What a nightmare.

Underinsured Motorist
Uninsured Motorist
but no Collision or Comprehensive coverage.
There was a mis understanding on my part. when trying to reduce our premiums when we bought the landcruiser, i asked the agent to scale back on the coverage for the 4runner and t100 so my yearly premium would fit within our budget. i was paying 7 to 800 per vehicle a year then the landruiser was goin to be another 900 bucks.. all for vehicles built in 91 93 and 99 with high milage. seemed pricey at the time. anyway i didnt realize that he completly removed them from coverage. i just thought he gave me higher dedutible.... totally my fault in not checking twice. im such an ass. 
so i guess im done for now. cant afford a new truck let alone build a new one.

Comprehensive covers the theft usually, and only costs a few dollars per year. Too bad your agent cut the benefit. Maybe it's time to look for another agent!

Ya. Actaully a friend was telling me to try my homeowners to see if it would get covered since it was in my driveway so I called and they told me no. U have to have auto ins. Even if it's in your garage. Even if u don't use it. I guess a boat is differnt tho. I guess he has farmers and they told him to use his home ins for the claim instead of auto and they paid for the theft. Too confusing

Oh and kbb on the 4runner is 3200 with oversized mud tires and 180000miles.

Offline Wow Alex....That totally sucks. lets hop they get it back and just find something silly like the stereo missing and not like what happened to my ski boat that was stolen when I lived in Rancho 13 years ago.
