I am headed up Friday through Sunday, just wondering if anyone else will be up there. I know that the Friends of the Rubicon will be up there doing their clean up.

The Rubicon is sooooo last weekend. 😀 Watch out for Cadillac. Usually it doesn't bother me, but there was so much water on it, it was slippery like I had never seen. Super pucker factor.

Offline We are just going to the Springs on Friday night then head back out to Loon on Sunday..We might head up Cadillac Sat. and go to the top then back down..When were you on Cadillac. Was your trip this last weekend?

The secret is to hit it fast enough and then crank your steering wheel right before you go in. That way you'll spin and skip across the top like a rock!

We were there last Sunday. It was probably one of the bests trips through ever. Traffic was way down. I figure people were scared of the snow. We had a huge chunk of the Springs to our self.

I'm not crossing, and I'll be by myself.
We are going to Cisco Grove for a cub scout campout. I'll bring my Jeep and run in and out with the kids, if I can talk my wife into it.

Offline Take them into the committee crossing. Fewer bumps and you can stop at the lake to swim or have lunch. I think the kids would enjoy that way better. Just a thought!

I will be up there for the Friends of the Rubicon thing. I am going to camp at Airport Flats. What time are you going in? Maybe if I get up there soon enough I can tag along for a while then turn around and go to camp.

Offline We are parking our trailers at Wentworth Springs and heading in from there. I would estimate that we will probably hit the trail around 4 or 5 in the afternoon then haul a$$ to Rubicon springs.
