They have the 12 crazy deals of christmas going on, starting today.
Each day they have one item. They reveal it at 7AM eastern time and start selling it at noon eastern time. First 12 people get 50% off that item at check out, while everyone else gets 10% or more off as well.
The first item opens in 25 mins or so. It is a smitty built electric air compressor. John may want something like this for his new jeep? Reg $80. Sale $40. First 12-$20. The rest 10% or more off today only.
And so on, for the next 11 days...

Here's how my day went (We'll skip the early stuff becuase I've been at work a while).
Get to the computer and see it is 845. Go verify it is a gift card and see I need to spend 125 to get the 250.
So I open the site on both my monitors and log in to set up the registry ahead of time.
(Here come the secrets to help the rest of you out in the future, if you want to snipe the rest of the US).
Once logged in (and making sure all shipping/billing info is correct), I go the site and find the exact matching part number specified in the half off link.
I put it in my cart and go through 4 of the 5 purchase screens BEFORE 9AM!!!
Now, I'm sitting there, alredy past the credit card screen and sitting in the "complete order" screen.
30 seconds to go, I hit "refresh" on my browswer. The site is slow becuase everyone is doing something at this point.
The browser refreshes wtih 11 seconds left (clock is showing on the site on my other monitor).
Refresh shows 50% discount in "complete purchase" screen!
Immediately click that single "complete purchse" button!
Wait 60 seconds for confirmation to show up, print it out and the dance around your cube like you won the lottery!!!!
WHHOOO! HOOOO!! George would be so proud (though co-workers are annoyed)...

Offline They do have plastic grills, but there is metal between the slots that a nice flashlight could stick to!
However that won't be necessary. The gift today is some nice KC lights for $80 - for the set. That's a good deal!
My money on tomorrow's prize? A CB!
BTW, I'm in the market for a CB!!!!
