My long arm kit removed my factory protection. I need to fix this before I can run a trail again. Has any one in the club purchased after market skid plates for a JK or JKU? Any ideas you can offer would be appreciated. Lots of options out there to choose from. Looking for advise to narrow the field down.

I am running Evo Pro-Tech and love them. Factory skids on gas tank and transfer have taken a beating but are fine otherwise.

Are you running Evo skids on the gas tank and the t-case? Or, are the evo skids somewhere else and you're running the factory skids at those two locations?

I put a huge dent in my factory gas tank skid so I used a cover up before creasing my plastic tank with more damage. The LA kit affected my factory t-case skid, so rather than notch it I just replaced it.

I've had my eye on the River Raider complete system.

I've got the RockHard4x4 set front to back and they are awesome,, just they weight a ton. But they are bullet prooff. They work great with my longarm kit and suspension.

For my 2dr I am going to get the EVO Pro Tek system I think its lighter in weight.

I don't run the engine skid. I use only oilpan protection.

I run the Evo Protec but I do not think all of it will work with long arms. The tranny and oil pan skid should work fine with any lift.

Thanks everyone for the feedback. I appreciate it.

After some research I went with the Rock Hard plates. Front fit my long arm spacing just right. I have one bolt brace on the T-case skid that needs fab work. After that it will be trail ready.
