With all the negative talk about customer service, I thought I'd throw out a good experience to show that some companies still care. It's not a big deal, but even the small stuff counts. I lost a couple of inserts from my Champion Beadlock wheels. I want to get those fixed so I can sell them. I called Champion and they took my address and are shipping me a half dozen of them, no questions asked. Pretty cool considering I'm not even the original purchaser.
