On yesterday's Extreme 4x4 they were installing a set of Genright's High Line tube fenders on a TJ. X4x4 showed Ian cutting off the outer portion of the fender, saving the internal fender, then showed him riveting on the High Line tube fender, then trimming the hood. Does anyone know if there's more to it than that? If the inner fenders don't have to be relocated that would be an easy upgrade.
