I haven't heard of that before. Got any links to more info?

Here is one example:

This is not the specific one I found. I found one that you Froze, and then installed. It expanded with room temp and then remained in place, apparently without any welding...

I like the sound of that!! I can't weld but I can use a freezer ... that's where I keep the tequila and vodka!

I've heard you prepare your front end, get the sleeves home, place dry ice over them for a couple of hours, pull them out (using gloves) and slide them in and line them up. Leave them alone and they set themselves...

I've not seen that one.

All are "plug weld" save one manufacturer that you can drive it into the axle. Unfortunately, they only build the non-weld for the D30/D44 on JKs.

Isn't it that "hybrid" thing? D44 gears/pumpkin with D30 tubes and outers? I believe they are still LP but I may be mistaken.

The JKU front D44 is a HP. Maybe John can check out his front axle to see if it's also a HP.

Seems odd that there advice to those in high crime areas is to take their doors off.

So where do the doors show up? Is someone putting them on Ebay? Are they being sold to auto wreckers? Where's the market for these?
