Help!!! No Brakes!!

So after I greased the front bearings the other day and got everything put back together, I went to test drive my jeep, no brakes, pedal went to the floor.
When I was trying to put the calipers back on, I used a C clamp to press the calipers back a bit. On one side there was a slight pop before it started to move then it got real easy.
If I pump them several times they come back a little, but then if you pause and push again they are all but gone. If you pump up the pedal and press real hard the pedal doesn't fade, its just when you let off and try again there is no pedal. I double checked the master cylinder for fluid, (full), checked the entire system for leaks. (none). After talking to a few people that said try bleeding, I did that, nothing got better. I am at a lose.

Any thoughts and suggestions would be of great help.

If you're not losing any fluid, yet have no pressure on the brake pedal - go after the power booster or the master cylinder (the internal seals might be shot).

No fluid leaks anywhere...Sounds like the master brake cylinder seals are bad. (assuming there is fluid in the master brake cylinder) Rockauto.com has good prices.

If it was the front caliper, you should have a fluid leak there.

Fred didn't have tough feet when he started either. In fact, he had feet like Wilma. You just need to toughen up...start with some gentle stops and work up to full speed as you get tougher. Let us know how it goes...

I used to wheel a lot. . .
