you have a good trail rig that remains licensed. I think that is the best approach, even for a non daily driver. Many trails that go through require street driving. Dusy comes to mind. People could trailer down there, but run the 100 mile loop, and then back to their trailer and driver home. That seems like a logical use of well built off-roader. I don't think a green sticker rig could do more than an "in and out" on that trail. There just too much street in between the "through" option (67 miles of street, 32 miles of off road trail).

Sounds like a good plan.
When we were at WH5 on Sierra Trek, we saw a street legal buggy that had the removable hard rear fenders on it's roof. It was a monster 4-seater. Remember that one?
