The Club Waiver is now available online with very minor modifications and can be found here! You can also find it under the About Us menu.

We request that all Members, Prospects, and anyone planning to attend a club run or event please print out, sign and date, and bring with you to the next club function you attend.

A printable version can be printed by clicking the "Print Waiver" button.

Even if you signed one in the past we would like to get everyone current with the new waiver.
