Nice. Hopefully this will be my inspiration.
Originally I was going to fix it and sell it. But after driving it around a bit, I'm going to keep it. I've got so much money tied up into it that it seems a shame to just let it go cheap. Besides, there are a lot of memories wrapped up in every dent and I think I'm one of the few original members that's still driving his original rig
I used to wheel a lot. . .

I'm not quite an original member but I'm still in my original rig too. I know how you feel. I've had thoughts about selling my Jeep and just going back to a stock Jeep for a commuter/weekend mall crawler/rv tow vehicle. Then I think if I did that I want to at least do a few things too it. Next thing I know I've mentally built the theoretical rig up similar to what I've already got. I still have fun driving the old Jeep and even took the doors off this week for the first time in two years!

Exactly the same way I feel. Besides, it isn't costing me much to just keep it.

I don't have much attachments to my rigs. I miss the 4Runner but it was the right choice. The boyfriend of the gal that babysits the boys has a ridiculous Cruiser (V8, air lockers, shower, every crazy addition you can think of - and he works at a body shop so it's gorgeous). That makes me want a cruiser again. But I like A/C. Of course we just bought a pop up trailer so my weekends are full again. But, I drive a company car to work so maybe a daily driver isn't as important as it used to be. Tow hitch on the Murano, sell the truck, buy something fun...
Too many choices.
