Its well past rear bumper tire carrier time for me and was just looking for some suggestions.
I would like to keep it in the >$1000 range but im not opposed to spending money on the right product.
The must haves include
40" tire
D ring mounts
Tow hitch (either retain factory or incorporated)
What i would like for it to have
Tire carrier and tailgate swing together ( dont have to swing tire carrier then gate)
Rear winch mount
I picked this one out many many months ago but just in a quick search I have seen alot of new ones with the swing together system. The only thing this one dose not have is a rear winch mount which in the last few months i have decided may be something I want

For under $1K and swing out with tailgate the Ace rear bumper looks nice. It’s heavy though @ 190lbs.

I’m thinking about going with the Expedition One rear. It’s over $1K, weighs in @ 140lbs, and is full width.

JCR, LOD, TNT, and Poison Spyder all look nice too. All over $1K.
Not sure about rear winch options.
All of the ones above are Made in USA.

I have two comments here.
1. I recommend LOD. I have the LOD on the back of both of my Jeeps one with a 40 and one with a 37 both are solid. I chose to weld them to the frame but you can bolt on if desired. My second choice would be Poison Spyder. I know they cost more than $1000 , but both are made in the USA and are a "one time" purchase. Buying something less, is that and may need to be purchased again down the road.
2. To get one that is "integrated" with the back door you sacrifice strength and put a large amount of weight on the rear door. I have the LOD that is integrated and works when you open the door, but it only supports a 37. To Support a 40 you want the second support on the opposite side. Otherwise the excess weight could effect the tailgate hinges. My 40s weigh 200lbs. That is a lot of weight to hold in the air when off-road and not rattle or vibrate.
