Anyone know which way they should go ? I assume the hole goes in middle and the knobs go up and down but I'm not sure about the rest.

Those sport bike racers mount the directional tires backwards. More traction when braking. Guess it just depends...

Offline All of the pictures I've seen with them mounted have the strip of close lugs on the inside.

Mount them down. If you mount them up you're either in trouble or you're doing it wrong.
