My upgrades are done!  I could not believe what a difference it made with the long arm kit and Fox 2.0 CD shocks.  The ride on the street is fantastic!  Way better and even more controlled.  With the AEV kit when I hit bumps in turns on the street the Jeep would get a bit jittery...  Keep in Mind I went from an AEV kit with Bilsteins and Brackets to this new long arm kit.  The CD adjusters really do work and adjust the ride very well.  I can't wait to get it off road and see how it does!  The other things we did were new drive shafts from Driveline Service in West Sac.  I went with 1350 series pinion yokes.  Also an RCV front Axle shaft and a Ten factory rear shaft.  Synergy Sector Shaft Brace along with heavy duty drag link and track bar.  I ended up replacing my ball joints with Dynatrc's as the factory ball joints were lose. (side note crazy expensive but I am told they are worth it) Those 37's must wear out stock ball joints fairly fast as i only have 9,500 miles on the Jeep.  The steering is much tighter an more solid.  I could tell that over time my steering was starting to feel lose..  I will be interested to see how the RCV Axle Shaft works off road.  They say you won't get the binding you do with the standard axles.  Will see...

One issue that I will have to revisit is the brake lines and ABS line may interfere with the front shock travel and could get pinched.  (Please see the picture below)   I am contemplating upgrading to better brakes and if I do will go with a braided steel hose.  Is there a bracket I could get that makes sure the brake lines don't ever get pinched by the front shocks?   Do they need to be re-routed?  Any thoughts you folks have would be appreciated.

Needless to say we are excited to go off road and try all this out!

Looks very nice!!!  Did you change the coils or stay with the AEV coils?  Maybe some fancy zip tieing might keep all the lines safe.

Um...what?

I kept the AEV Coils at 3.5".  Synergy's coils come 4"-4.5" for a JKU.  We felt the AEV's would be fine and so did the folks at Synergy.  I did not want to go any higher than I have to on the lift so keeping it as is seemed like the right thing to do.

If I had a way to post pics I'd show you how mine are routed. I don't bind and my coilovers travel even more than your set up. My binding challenge is the rear brake lines
