OfflineI'm fairly sure the 3/4 synchro is going out on my NP435 and trying to decide if I'm going to rebuild it myself, or take it to a shop. I'm leaning towards doing it myself, but if I do choose the shop route, just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions. I'd rather use someone from reputation and not just pick a name off the internet. I'd also prefer a local private shop and not a cooperate shop that just hires random people.

OfflineChris, Monroe Transmission in Newcastle has an excellent reputation. Nineteen out of 20 of their Yelp reviews are five star. They will even make recommendations on how you can service it yourself if they suspect something simple like a suspected filter problem.
