Heres my $0.02 which is worth less this year than last.
I would make double sure its not the valve cover gasket. I would be really surprised if pressure washing caused an oil leak but it could have revealed it. Many times an oil leak will never touch the ground as it burns up on the way down. Are you loosing coolant or over-heating? If you suspect that the head gasket might have lost seal, there is nothing to loose in re-torquing the head gasket. The head bolts are the torque to yield type, so you would just loosen 1/8 turn and tighten 1/4 turn. If you find a loose one, or even a broken one (and its been known to happen), you will need to replace them all one at a time.
Lastly, don't forget to change your anti-freeze or add extra anti-corrosion additive every three years. The anti-corrosion inhibitors in anti-freeze wear out and then it attacks the aluminum. Its usually the radiator seal that goes first, that's what happen to Fred, but it could lead to overheating and blown head gasket as the radiator clogs with corrosion.

The only leaks I've read about on the 4.0l is the valve cover and rear main seal.

Re-confirmed oil is seeping from head and block at the little half moon shape behind the thing that looks like a distributor. In scraping 10 years of crud off and using a rotating nozzle on the washer I think I DORKED something. Cleaned with brake cleaner and put a dab of high temp RTV on it yesterday, so far so good for the no effort band-aid.

I think yours is newer than this...
Revised Cylinder Head Gasket On
Chrysler/Jeep 4.0L (VIN L,M,S) Engines
Chrysler Corporation has revised the cylinder head gasket on 1987-93 Jeep 4.0L engines. There have been reported problems of coolant and oil seepage at the cylinder head and block joint on the right (camshaft side) of the engine.
The revised design gasket incorporates beaded silicone sealer on both sides of the gasket to eliminate the seepage problem. The Chrysler part number for the improved gasket is 53020219. Chrysler recommends the use of the improved gasket during any repairs requiring removal of the cylinder head.
